SANDBURG VILLAGE CONDOMINIUM HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION R&R’s
Now that the snow is slowly melting and hope for everlasting sunshine is on the horizon, please remember:
- Dogs are not allowed on any of the grass, flower or planted areas, includes garden areas of the malls and mini malls (multiple dog run areas along with pet stations are located on LaSalle between Goethe & Germania).
- Dogs must be on a leash at all times.
- Do not feed wild birds and or non-pet animals.
FYI – CW will be onsite next week to remove all holiday ornaments out of the Association pots.
Thank you

Construction Season - Coming Soon: Façade Project
We are in the pre-construction season and as promised last year, we will be starting the façade rehab at James House beginning in April.
While specific details as far as which side of the building will go first, second, third, last have been identified, the specific sections within those areas are being finalized along with the details as to how the balcony work will fit into that plan.
So while we cannot provide exact details yet, they will be coming soon... you should expect more detailed information to hit your email inbox by the third week in March and throughout the project, a minimum of weekly updates will be provided.
More to come...

Parking Garage and the Artist Van Gogh
Thank you all for your patience these past couple of weeks with the extra car traffic going in and out of our wonderful parking garage; it seems that the Van Gogh Exhibit is off to a roaring start and the city's finest garage hikers are inundated with more cars than anticipated.
We are checking in with Eddie Main of SP+ and his awesome crew each day to go over future staffing plans given the challenges with a sold-out (I think through May, could be a few tickets left...) exhibit at Germania. Eddie and the guys are doing an amazing job but he asked me to tell everyone to plan for a few minutes more of a wait time as capacity is reaching the limits. He is increasing staffing to accommodate, as was always the plan, however, it takes a few weeks to dial the operation in for fine-tuning.
We all thank you for your patience during this time!
