The Receiving Room Is...
Posted by Michael VitekWe are happy to announce that the Receiving Room is open for regular hours again, starting Monday!
With the addition of Dale to the team, the Receiving Room will go back to the hours we were used to in the past, beginning Monday, March 28th. As a reminder, the hours of operation are as follows:
Monday through Friday, 7:00am to 7:00pm
Saturday, 9:00am to 1:00pm
The Receiving Room is Closed Sunday and on holidays.

The Receiving Room is located on the lobby level of James House, just inside the rear service entrance (northwest/LaSalle Street side of the building).
You may have packages delivered to your unit – see the Management Office.
The Receiving Room will hold mail for you for a maximum of one (1) month. Please complete the Hold Mail Authorization Form located on the Documents/Forms page. [For longer terms please contact the USPS for mail forwarding.]
There are some restrictions on size, weight and value of items that will be accepted. Please check with the Management Office for more information.
There are delivery hour restrictions, and elevator reservation requirements for furniture, appliances, and other delivery items. See the Management Office for details and to request your reservation.
