Happy Friday everyone! Sorry it’s so gloomy – I asked Kathy to put in a work order for sunshine… not sure how that will turn out, but it’s the thought that counts!

Just two short notes to share before the weekend:

First, please, please, please be mindful of the sun deck rules regarding glass… this is a safety concern, so no bottles, wine glasses, etc. – we want to keep everyone safe and appreciate your support!

Lastly, HOA will be painting the wrought iron fencing on Clark Street next week – that is, if Mother Nature is willing. So keep an eye out for the wet paint signs and crews working.
