OUTDOOR HOA R&R REMINDERS

Christy Webber, HOA’s landscaping company, completed the sod installation throughout the village last week. In order to maintain the look of the new sod, we are sending out this friendly reminder of the R&R for the HOA.

-Dogs are not allowed on any of the grass, flower or planted areas, includes garden areas of the malls and mini-malls (multiple dog runs are located on LaSalle between Goethe and Germania).
-Dogs must be on a leash at all times, this is also a city ordinance.
-Do not feed wild birds and/or non-pet animals.
-Sunbathing or picnicking is not allowed on the lawn.

Happens to me all the time… with a million and 13 things on our minds, we sometimes forget to collect our personal items before we leave a lobby or laundry room, or any other area for that matter. It happens and its frustrating to remember a while later and when you go back to grab your stuff, its gone!

If this happens to you, contact Receiving or the Management office – sometimes we may have them as a good Samaritan comes by more often than not – last week we had a wallet dropped off with tons of cash!!! AND YES, we did find the rightful owner and all was given back… sometimes we are not so lucky.
