Dear Neighbor, I am pleased to announce on Thursday, April 22, I will be co-hosting a Pfizer Vaccination Clinic in Chicago’s historic Old Town neighborhood in partnership with Jewel-Osco Pharmacy, and my colleagues Alderman Walter Burnett, Alderman Brendan Reilly, and Alderman Michele Smith. This limited event is by appointment only and is on a first-come, first-served basis. On-site appointments or walk-in registration will NOT be available. COVID-19 Vaccination Event Date: Thursday, April 22, 2021, with a second dose date of Thursday, May 13, 2021 Time: 9:00 am to 5:00 pm – appointment required Who Qualifies: All Chicago residents age 16 and older in Phase 1 and Phase 2 PLEASE READ OVER THE FOLLOWING EVENT DETAILS CAREFULLY:This event is ONLY for Chicago residents over the age of 16 in Phase 1 and Phase 2.Participants will receive the first dose of the two-dose Pfizer Vaccine, and must be able to return on Thursday, May 13 for the second dose.Masks are mandatory.
