The results of last week’s Board of Directors [Officer] Election and HOA appointments are in, and we would like to welcome your new 2020-2021 Board Officers and HOA Representatives for James Kilmer Condominium Association:

Prior to the start of the Board Meeting, Judy Barnes announced that she would not accept a nomination for Board President, however, would remain on the Board as a member at large.

Judy has dedicated the past 6 years of service to the Association as Board President, prior to that, four years as VP and one as Secretary – we are extremely thankful for the time and hard work that Judy has given to us all in our quest to make JK the best it can be!

I am sure that I can safely speak for all owners and staff when I say that we are thankful for Judy’s commitment in her capacity as President and obvious commitment to our Association; Judy certainly lived the role in an onward and upward spirit!

With no doubt, we will move forward with great plans for our future with Nancy Slattery at the helm in her new role as President, along with great leadership from the entire Board!
