Happy Friday JK’rs!
What a gorgeous day and weekend, ahead – someone told me that it’s a holiday weekend, to boot!
Just a couple topics to wrap up the week – happy reading!
HOA’s construction project is complete and we are open once again!
The project officially ends at noon today and the lower level of James House will be accessible for residents to use again. Those that had their parking spaces relocated during this time will be see operations back to normal today, as well. Rich Mullins and his garage team will take care of any necessary direction.
The fountain is filled and almost ready for use. Cliff, the HOA Engineer, had everything cleaned and ready before fill-up, then the winds brought the dirt and debris to our water feature once more – Cliff is aware and will be taking care of another cleaning shortly. HOA needs to test the seals on the fountain and pumps before turning it on and having uninterrupted water magic, so please be patient with them for a few more days…
Don’t forget to register your puppy or kitty – Nichelle wanted me to remind everyone; if you need the form, you can stop down and pick one up from the Management Office or just click here… this may be the cutest picture ever!
The Receiving Room is so busy – WOW! With more and more online shopping, the shelves are jammed to the rafters… with the limited staff for over 600 residential units, package delivery does not occur within minutes of receipt – sometimes it can be next day depending on the volume. We try, but the minute we start to catch-up, another Amazon or FedEx truck pulls up!
If you need a package right away and you get a notification from the delivery agent that it has arrived, please stop down to see the staff and they will be glad to hand over your goods immediately!
Thanks so very much for your patience!
Happy Labor Day Weekend!
As we mark the [unofficial] end of summer, I hope that you all enjoy a long weekend off – you deserve it, truly! So no work, no chores, just rest and relaxation on tap for a few days.
With this in mind, the staff at JK will be celebrating silently as they go through their routine keeping things running smoothly for all of our great residents. If you happen to bump into anyone of them, a kind word will go a long, long way! They have been doing such an amazing job during the past [trying] months and it would be nice to give them all the weekend off, but that is not possible… so any note of thanks or virtual pat on the back would make their day a bit easier – I know you all agree we have the best of the best!
That’s all she wrote for the week – have a great time this weekend and thanks for being so awesome to work with and for, we appreciate all you do to make James Kilmer a great place to be!
