GARAGE COMMITTEE CHARTER
General Scope: Develop appropriate recommendations for policies and
procedures for Board approval. Monitor and ensure implementation of
Board approved policies, provide monthly reports to the Board and
recommend appropriate rate structures. Work with the Board and
Management to review performance and compliance with contract.
Oversee and implement RFP process for garage management contract
review and renewal.
Operational Budget: Work with Standard Parking to develop and
recommend overall levels of operating revenue and expenditures each
year. Review in detail and make recommendations to the Finance
Committee for such budgets.
Capital Budget: Work with Draper and Kramer Management, IC and HOA
to ensure that projects are identified, prioritized and implemented
effectively, and properly cost assigned between J/K Association and HOA.
Audits: Review (and meet respective auditors, if necessary) the Standard
Parking and J/K Association audits (currently Picker). Communicate any
proposed suggestions to JK Treasurer and DK.
Reports: Review and ensure accuracy of Standard Parking financial
reports and ensure that they are submitted to the J/K Association in a
timely manner.
