• Identify and develop a long term strategy for the facilities renewal and/or replacement of key building systems or components

• Identify and research operational efficiencies for effective James Kilmer facilities operations

• Perform due diligence on various aspects of facilities components or systems renewal strategies, recommend reasonable project parameters to determine appropriate costs and best value for effective operations and the enhancement of owner asset value

• Identify and establish facilities operations standards appropriate for James Kilmer facilities

• Make recommendations to the James Kilmer Board for action and/or implementation on the above mentioned facilities issues

• Make recommendations regarding timing and sequencing of capital infrastructure projects
